All rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We ship via Airspeed, our logistics partner.

Once your order is packed, you will get a tracking link by email and SMS. Orders placed before 2 PM ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM ship the next business day.

Every order arrives in our signature packaging with the hangtag, sizing card, and care instructions inside. The packaging is part of the product.

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item for exchange or store credit. We do not refund in cash.

The item must be unused, with the hangtag attached, in its original packaging. We check this when the item arrives back with us, so make sure the kit is in the same shape it left in.

For a change of mind, the customer covers return shipping. To start a return, email contact@kulita.ph or DM @kulita.ph on Instagram with your order number. We respond within 24 hours.

Store credit issued for returns does not expire and is good against anything we sell.

Email contact@kulita.ph with a photo of the defect and your order number within 14 days of delivery. We cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost.

We take this seriously. Our gear is built for years of walks. If it fails early, that is a problem we want to know about and fix.

For orders placed on Shopee or Lazada, returns and exchanges go through their respective platforms. The policy is the same on our side, the platforms just handle the operational flow.
