Refund policy
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return an item for an exchange or store credit. We do not refund in cash, with one exception: if an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we make it right at no cost to you, including a full refund if you prefer one.
The conditions
The item must be unused, with the hangtag attached, in its original packaging. Keep your order number; it is in your confirmation email. We check every return when it arrives back with us, so make sure the kit is in the same shape it left in.
How to start a return
Email contact@kulita.ph or DM @kulita.ph on Instagram with your order number and what you would like to exchange. A real person replies within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
For a change of mind or a size swap, return shipping is on you. Use a tracked courier. Once your item arrives and checks out, we ship your exchange or issue your store credit within 3 business days. Store credit never expires and works on anything we sell.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is off, email us within 14 days with a photo and your order number. That one is on us: we cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no cost. If you would rather have your money back, we refund in full. For COD orders, the refund goes to your GCash or bank account.
Sizing help
Most exchanges are about size. Before you order, check the sizing guide on each product page, or message us your dog's chest and neck measurements and we will recommend the right fit.
Marketplace orders
Orders placed on Shopee or Lazada follow the same policy, handled through each platform's own return flow.
