Thank you for shopping with us! We are partnered with Airspeed for our nationwide distribution to ensure your orders reach you safely and efficiently.

Please review our shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and delivery guidelines below.

Shipping Rates

We offer straightforward flat-rate shipping and free delivery thresholds based on your location:

Metro Manila

  • Standard Delivery Fee: 90 PHP
  • Free Delivery: On all orders 700 PHP and above.

Outside Metro Manila (Luzon, Visayas, & Mindanao)

  • Standard Delivery Fee: 120 PHP
  • Free Delivery: On all orders 2,000 PHP and above.

(Note: For Out of Delivery Areas, shipments are subject to an additional fee and an extended delivery leadtime)

Delivery Lead Times

Once your order is processed and accepted by our courier (considered Day 0), transit days are counted starting the following day[cite: 31].

Receiving Your Order

To ensure secure delivery of your items, please take note of the following guidelines:

  • The package must be received by the actual customer or the customer's authorized representative.
  • The recipient must present a valid identification (e.g. government issued, company issued, or school issued) as proof of identity.

Unsuccessful Deliveries & Package Holds

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order and that your payment is ready if applicable.

  • Standard Serviceable Areas: If the customer is not available or payment is not ready on the first attempt, the courier will reattempt delivery. If the second delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel is put on "HOLD" status.
  • Out of Town Deliveries: For Out of Town Delivery, the courier will deliver the parcel only once.
  • Incorrect Addresses: If the first delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, the package will be placed on "HOLD" status.
  • Return to Sender: If a package is placed on hold due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or an incorrect address, we have 48 hours to provide a disposition to the courier. If we are unable to reach you or provide an update within 48 hours, the parcel shall automatically return to the shipper Ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout so we can reach you if delivery issues arise.
