How do I measure my dog for a harness?
Two measurements. The chest, taken at the widest part just behind the front legs. The neck, taken at the base where a collar would naturally sit. Use a soft tailor's measuring tape. If you do not have one, a piece of string and a ruler works. The full guide with photos lives on our Sizing Guide.
What if my dog is between sizes?
Size up. The dual-locking adjustment is generous and handles the in-between. Sizing down means the harness might be too tight at the chest, which is uncomfortable and unsafe.
Does it fit puppies?
Yes. We recommend sizing up at first. Puppies grow into their adult body fast and outgrow walk gear faster.
What is the harness made of?
Breathable spacer mesh body. PVC rubber-coated nylon webbing straps. Zinc alloy buckles and D-rings with a matte painted finish. The poop bag holder is soft-touch silicone.
Does the harness help with pulling?
Yes. The harness has three leash attachment points. The front clip is the most effective for pullers because it changes the angle of resistance. The two back clips are for everyday walks and dogs who already walk beside you.
Will it hold up to Philippine weather?
That is what it is designed for. The mesh breathes, the webbing is moisture-resistant, the hardware does not rust. Built for 32 degrees and humid.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Machine wash on delicate works too, with slight pilling possible. Always air dry. All dyes are pet-safe. On lighter coats, the more vibrant colorways can transfer dye on the first wear. Hand-wash before the first walk.
How much is shipping?
Free in Metro Manila on orders over 700 PHP. Free nationwide on orders over 2,000 PHP. Below those, a flat 90 PHP for Metro Manila and 120 PHP for the rest of the country, calculated at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Metro Manila in 2 to 3 business days. Provincial Luzon in 3 to 5 business days. Visayas and Mindanao in 4 to 7 business days. We ship via Airspeed, our logistics partner.
Can I pay COD?
Yes. COD is available right at checkout, along with GCash, Maya and cards. We are also on Shopee and Lazada if you prefer shopping with platform vouchers.
Do you ship outside the Philippines?
Not yet. Domestic only for now. If your friend abroad wants one, the easiest path is ordering to a PH address and forwarding.
What if it does not fit?
You have 14 days from delivery to exchange the item or take store credit. We do not refund in cash. The item must be unused, with the hangtag attached, in its original packaging. Email contact@kulita.ph or DM @kulitaph with your order number to start the process.
Do you cover return shipping?
For defects or anything on us, yes. We cover the return shipping and send a replacement. For a change of mind, the customer covers the return shipping.
Can I get a cash refund?
Not in cash. Exchanges or store credit only. The store credit is good against anything we sell and does not expire.
How quickly do you respond?
Within 24 hours, every time. Email contact@kulita.ph or DM @kulitaph on Instagram. Outside that window, something has gone wrong and we will make it right.
Why is the Walking Kit cheaper than the parts?
